Attorney Adam Neijna has spent the majority of his legal career representing clients who have been victims in civil and criminal proceedings. Adam is originally from Florida, where he started practicing in the State Attorney’s Office as an Assistant State Attorney in 1991. After leaving public service in 1997 he joined the private sector where he began his civil litigation and trial practice. In 2002 Adam and his family moved to Raleigh, North Carolina. From 2002 to 2005 his practice focused primarily on construction and general liability claims.
In February of 2005, Adam formed his law firm striving to provide his clients with personal service and attention. At our firm, “we listen and we hear you”. “What you say matters and drives us. You are not alone. We will stand with you and be there for you”.
Adam’s areas of practice include wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, trucking accidents, automobile collisions, motorcycle collisions, tire failures, electrocution and products liability. He has successfully handled personal injury, commercial and construction law suits and continues to serve as corporate/general counsel for firms in North Carolina and Florida. He has advocated on behalf of victims who were injured or killed by improper wiring, unsafe work conditions, unsafe truckers, unsafe drivers, defective tires, police abuse and other negligent acts.
Adam has tried over one hundred jury trials in his career and has practiced in the State, Federal and Bankruptcy courts. He is experienced in not only civil trial work, but also arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute forums. Adam’s approach is unique in that he is a successful litigator who also has the capacity to employ alternative dispute resolution procedures whenever possible to solve problems and resolve disputes before a crisis occurs.
Adam is licensed in the states of North Carolina and Florida and a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Tenth Judicial District Bar, the Wake County Bar Association and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. Adam is a 1988 graduate of Emory University where he earned a bachelor of arts in psychology, and earned his law degree in 1991 from the University of Miami where he was selected to the Phi Delta Phi academic honor society. Adam is bilingual and is fluent in Spanish and English.
Adam and his wife Tiffany have three children Zoe, Ava and Noah and three dogs Maya, Charlie and Lola. Adam enjoys spending time with the family, long distance running and travelling. Adam and Tiffany have formed the Neijna Charitable Foundation whose goal is to help those economically disadvantaged through education and compassion.
