We provide remote support for your business. Remote support is where we use software to connect to your machine so we can work on it from any location without being physically present. Remote support is included in our many support packages, while onsite support is not. You will be charged hourly for onsite support. 

We also offer phone support. This goes hand in hand with remote support. By combining these two methods of service, onsite support is hardly needed unless a physical hardware issue arises.
